I just saw that @mike recently did his first meeting design workshop in Taiwan (see link below). How did it go? I could imagine that it was a learning experience for both the participants and the facilitators, given significant cultural differences. Or perhaps people are already so imersed in global corporate (or in this case: academic) cultures that those differences are not so tangible any more?
