This little clip by Hannes Ewehag gives a short introduction into what is specific about Swedish leadership (and, by implication, meeting culture). Ironically, the clip is in Swedish only, so here is what I thought was the most interesting point (articulated by Chris McIlroy): the importance of consensus in Sweden may not necessarily be driven by a genuine aspiration for consensus but by conflict avoidance.
