A couple of years ago, I reflected on how digital tools can be used to improve face-to-face meetings (or as we nowadays often say: physical meetings). With the rise of virtual and hybrid meetings, the use of digital tools has become almost trivial, but that doesn’t mean we know exactly how to use them.
